By signing up for or using Rep Builder's services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Services Rep Builder provides reputation management services including automated review requests, AI-generated review responses, social media reposting, and related tools through the GoHighLevel platform.
2. Client Responsibilities You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to submit customer contact information to us. By providing customer data, you confirm compliance with applicable laws including TCPA and CAN-SPAM. You agree not to use our services for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.
3. Payment Services are billed on a monthly recurring basis. Payments are processed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 5 days before the next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial months.
4. Cancellation You may cancel at any time by contacting us. Your access will remain active through the end of the paid billing period.
5. Intellectual Property All platform tools, workflows, and AI systems are the property of AC Business Services. You retain ownership of your business data and customer information.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties Rep Builder is provided "as is." We do not guarantee specific results, review volume, or platform uptime. Results vary by business, industry, and customer engagement.
7. Limitation of Liability AC Business Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Rep Builder. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the prior 30 days.
8. Third-Party Platforms Our services depend on third-party platforms including Google, GoHighLevel, and Stripe. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or data issues caused by these platforms.
9. Modifications We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the services after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes shall be resolved in Montgomery County, Maryland.
